WHAT IS A
WATER CONDITIONER?
Water
Conditioners are capable of taking out multiple contaminants in
the water. These units allow you to not only soften the
water but use other medias (Carbon, KDF, Birm, Calcite, etc.)

METER OPTIONS - WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
Timer Control
Valves regenerate or recharge the water softener like an alarm
clock. You set the day and it will regenerate. You
can choose every day, every other day, every three days, etc.
Metered Control
Valves regenerate or recharge only when you use a certain amount
of water. This allows you to be more efficient and not
waste water. This is what we recommend for most homeowner
units. This unit also features.
1. Days
Override: If you do not use enough water in a certain
amount of days the unit will regenerate - This keeps the beds in
good shape
2. Ease of
programming - you can program your water softener to backwash
longer, rinse longer, and increase the brine / rinse on the
unit. This is great for water that requires more thorough
cleaning.

Options:
KDF 55- was designed specifically for removing or
reducing chlorine and water-soluble heavy
metals. It controls scale, bacteria and algae, even in
hot water. This is a low maintenance
product
KDF 85-removes or reduces iron and hydrogen sulfide
from municipal or other water supplies.
Also controls scale, bacteria and algae.
CALGON CARBON- was designed as a highly active carbon to
reduce Chlorine, Chloramines,
Hydrogen Sulfide, heavy metals, and VOCs.
