| Equipment Warranties:
The equipment sold by Glass Water Systems carries a manufacturer's warranty (stated on each equipment page) which covers replacement of defective parts found to be defective within the warranty periods specified for each product.. The manufacturer warranty excludes all damage to the product or any component arising out of misuse, improper installation, abuse or misapplication. The warranty periods are listed below:
Reverse Osmosis Systems: 1 Year
Water Equipment Control Valves: 5 Years (Commercial 3 Years)
Media Tanks: 10 Years (Commercial 5 Years)
Brine Tanks / Solution Tanks: 10 Years (Commercial 5 Years)
Ultraviolet Lights: 1 Year
Filter Systems: 1 Year
All other products not specified: 6 months.
Glass Water Systems will replace by UPS or Federal Express, any product which within the above product component warranty period is found to be defective in design, workmanship or material, excluding, however, normal wear and tear and deterioration, as long as the product is properly installed and is used by the Purchaser in the approved manner and using the proper operating instructions. The Purchaser must notify Glass Water Systems in writing or by phone as soon as any such defect becomes apparent. The defective product will be replaced with a new product prior to the customer shipping back the defective products. Defective products not returned within 10 days of the product replacement will be charged the full cost to the credit card or other method provided when the purchase was made. The products must be returned to Glass Water Systems no later than 10 days from the date the component was replaced – or the credit card / other payment method will be charged. The Purchaser is responsible for the shipping cost to return a defective product or component.
GLASS WATER SYSTEMS AND PURCHASER AGREE THAT IN CONSIDERATION OF THE ABOVE EXPRESS WARRANTY, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OTHER THAN TITLE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHETHER ARISING UNDER LAW OR EQUITY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS CONTRACT.
The sole liability of Glass Water Systems and the exclusive remedy of the Purchaser arising out of the manufacture, sale or furnishing of the products hereunder or its use, on warranties or otherwise, shall be limited to the cost of replacement of defective products as herein specified. Further Glass Water Systems maximum liability hereunder, arising from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of contract or tort (including negligence), shall not exceed the price of the products furnished hereunder

Delivery Method and Timing
Glass Water Systems ships our products anywhere in the domestic, continental United States (lower 48 states). Additional Charges will apply for ALASKA AND HAWII
All orders are shipped within 3 business day after ordering. (As long as the equipment is not special order or out of stock)
The price of all products includes applicable UPS Ground or Federal Express shipping (unless otherwise specified or informed). UPS and Federal Express 2nd Day and UPS and Federal Express Overnight shipping are available for an additional cost. You can determine the UPS or Federal Express 2nd Day and UPS and Federal Express Overnight shipping costs by calling our office at 1-877-345-2770.
UPS or Federal Express 2nd Day and UPS or Federal Express Overnight shipping charges on our website apply ONLY to orders being shipped within the continental United States. In addition, any orders placed late in the week requesting UPS or Federal Express 2nd Day or UPS or Federal Express Overnight may not be delivered until the following Monday UNLESS your address has Saturday deliveries available with UPS or Federal Express. We cannot control the availability of UPS or Federal Express Saturday deliveries in your area.
We also ship outside of the continental United States. Call our office at (813) 832-9293 - We will discuss our procedures at that time.
INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT!! If products are damaged in shipping, PURCHASER must contact UPS or Federal Express within 24 hours of receipt to submit a claim for the damage. Also, contact us to let us know you have submitted a claim with UPS.
Since all orders are shipped via UPS or Federal Express, (unless otherwise specified or informed), we will always have a tracking number providing shipping information about your order. We will send you the tracking number to your e-mail address provided when you order. If no e-mail address is provided, you can call us for the tracking number information.
Once UPS or Federal Express has delivered the products to your location, (this is determined by seeing that the tracking information has a delivered status), Glass Water Systems cannot be held liable or responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. As stated above, Purchaser must contact UPS or Federal Express in you local city or town and report the problem. Once you have done so, let us know the claim number they have given you.
Products ordered that are not deliverable due to incorrect addresses provided or if the person placing the order has moved or is moving and has not contacted us with the update or if the freight company is unable to make contact with the recipient in order to deliver ordered products, will be charged for all shipping charges and restocking fees (20%) incurred by us. These charges include the shipping to the provided address and the return charges to our warehouse and any applicable restocking fees. The maximum credit that will be processed in this scenario is the original price charged minus the to and from shipping charges incurred, minus restocking fees
Other Damages
No event shall hold Glass Water Systems to be liable, whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any special, incidental or consequential loss or damage of any nature arising at any time or from any cause whatsoever.
Return/Refund policy
120 Day Money Back Guarantee & Return Policy
All of our products have a full 120 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee if the product(s) purchased have never been installed or used and are in the original packaging. Simply send the item(s) back for a full refund of the purchase price less UPS or Federal Express 2nd Day or UPS or Federal Express Overnight shipping charges, if applicable to your order. If UPS or Federal ExpressGround is selected, then you will receive a 100% refund since this shipping cost is included in the price.
For all products that have been used or installed, a 20% restocking fee will apply under all circumstances.
Note: Items classified as hazardous materials, which include Chlorine Pellets and Potassium Permanganate, may not be returned under any circumstance. Therefore, no refunds will be processed for these items.
You are also responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. Glass Water Systems recommends that for your protection, you may want to insure the return shipment. Glass Water Systems will not be held responsible for the condition of the products being returned or for lost or misdirected items shipped back to us.
We ask that you contact Glass Water Systems for a return goods authorization number (RGA#) . Instructions , address of return, and how to return the equipment.
Your refund will be processed and returned to you using the same purchase method used to acquire the item(s).
Glass Water Systems does not accept returns for special orders.
Finally, the Glass Water Systems, unless specifically authorized by Glass Water Systems in writing, will not reimburse the purchaser for any costs incurred relative to the installation of a system or the diagnosis and/or repair of system problems under any circumstance.
International Orders
International Orders are any shipping addresses outside of the 48 US States. The only acceptable payment method for International Orders are via wire transfer of funds directly to our bank account.
We ask that you contact us to obtain a total price for your order. The price published on the web page includes a price for shipment to a shipping company of your choice. If you want Glass Water Systems to arrange transportation there will be a 10-30% handling charge.
Glass Water Systems does not handle any export paperwork . You will be provide with only a packing slip.
We must be able to contact you by telephone and you must provide this number for shipping. We will require a signed invoice faxed to our office and wire transfer of funds prior to any ordering or shipping. . Once you have the total price, you may then contact us for wire transfer account information. Once funds have been verified in our account, your order will be processed. The verification process will take up to 10 days.
International Orders are Special Orders and will not be returned for any reason. All additional fees, are the responsibility of the purchaser. (Example: import charges, tariffs, duty, taxes, , etc)
Legal
Glass Water Systems and the Purchaser agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all litigation arising under this contract lies with the courts of Hillsborough County, State of Florida, and further to submit jointly and individually to the jurisdiction of such courts.
