4 MONTH MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY
1. Complete Water Softener Systems up to 64,000 grains or 3 Cu Ft (Autotrol, Fleck, and Clack water softener systems and filters) iron filters, carbon filters, arsenic systems, cabinet model water softeners, centaur filters, chemical free iron filters, Clack water softeners, Fleck water softener systems (5600, 6700, 2510, 7000, 9000, 9100, twinflo, 2750, proflo) , manganese greensand iron hydrogen sulfide systems, multimedia filters, micro-z filters, neutralizer filters, salt free water softener, tannin systems, water conditioners (city and well). The products listed above have a four month (4), 100% full guarantee if the product(s) purchased have never been installed or used and are in the original packaging. If you have used any of these product(s) and wish to return them within 4 months of receipt, a 20% restocking fee will apply under all conditions.
2. Potassium Permanganate and Chlorine Pellets are hazardous materials and are not allowed to be returned and no money will be refunded.
3. Shower Filters and RV Filters are not allowed to be returned for any reason and no money will be refunded.
4. Control Valve Parts, Membranes, Cartridges, Test Kits, All Medias, Cartridge Filters, Shower Filters, RV Filters, Chlorine Pellets, and Potassium Permanganate. The products listed above have a four month (4), 100% full guarantee if they have not been installed or used and are still in their original package. Absolutely no returns are accepted for used or opened products.
5. Commercial equipment are considered unique orders and will not be allowed for return. These sales are considered final once the order is processed.
6. All equipment must have a proper RGA#(Return Goods Authorization Number). This form can be emailed, faxed, or mailed to you. This must be filled out correctly or you will not be given credit for the return. Therefore, you request a RGA# by EMAIL: firstname.lastname@example.org
or by fax at 813-626-7520.
7. You are responsible for all shipping costs - we will not accept any COD shipped equipment. In addition, any damaged or lost equipment is your responsibility and you will not receive a refund. Insurance is recommended. You must handle any damaged equipment claims with the shipping company.
8. All products will be inspected once received. The orders will be refunded by check or credit card return. The refund amount will have the shipping charges, installation, or service call taken out of them. All ground shipped products will receive 100% of the purchase price.
9. Special orders are not able to be returned.
