The founders believed that those two options were not in the average consumer’s best interest. The Big Box Stores usually sold equipment that was the cheapest to manufacture and would often lead customers down a path of equipment misapplication. In fact, one of the number one complaints from Big Box customers involves lack of knowledge with water equipment. Even worse than the Big Box Stores, are the High Pressure In Home Sales Dealers. These dealer offer gimmicks to get into your house and then pressure you to purchase a system. The dealers would employ all tactics not to leave your house until a sale was made. As an alternative to these deplorable options, the founders developed the neighborhood retail showrooms and internet store. These showrooms and internet stores would showcase the different lines of equipment, offer free testing, and professional advice. The representatives are courteous, patient, and professional. These are not the inexperienced employee or high pressured salesman. The concept was to provide the customer enough information to make an educated decision.

Company Background

Glass Water Systems is a member of the Water Quality Association.  The President and his employees are trained Water Specialists.  The founder is not just a name only owner, but intimately involved and trained in the water industry.  Not only is the owner a Certified Water Specialist, but he has an extensive chemistry background and over a decade of experience in the water treatment industry.  The employees are carefully selected Water Specialists with extensive experience in all facets of commercial, industrial and residential water treatment.  

Glass Water Systems also believes in hiring consultants as needed and retains an engineer and scientist for specialized problems.
