Product Description
The PIONEER System features the ENPRESS E3-M® Filtration System, which includes an exclusive integrated bypass and meter that utilizes industry standard threaded fitting kit connections to simplify installation and streamline field-installation inventory requirements.
This system comes standard with a 1" MNPT elbow or straight connectors to the bypass and requires no gluing. A metered Umbrella Cap® is now included with every system, along with a 3/8" fitting and shut-off integrated into the inlet side to allow rapid tubing connection for draining of the system of sediment and water during filter change out.
The PIONEER system is a superior alternative to small and inefficient traditional 2.5" or 4.5" housings, or expensive stainless steel cartridge housings, and is an NSF 61 and 44 listed device. Six filtration series options are currently available: green, orange, yellow, blue, white and silver and PIONEER®. Each “series” offers unique filtration capacities and flow rates from residential requirements up to 60 gpm. Each filter comes with a unique handle designed top cap for lightweight and easy removal, a bag for proper disposal, and a double O-ring seal.
The ENPRESS Cartridge Tank is specifically designed for residential, light commercial, and commercial point-of-entry (POE) installations and applications. The patented and patent pending ENPRESS Cartridge Tank filtration systems and filters feature an easy to access top and bottom opening for use with multiple filtration connections and solutions, in a lightweight and cost-effective package. With multiple configuration options, this is the filtration solution of the future...100% non-metallic!

Cartridge Types:
1. Lead: The Pioneer™ lead and cyst filtration system is a first-of-its-kind whole-house lead removal system. This point-of-entry (POE) filtration system starts at the source and gives peace of mind throughout the entire home. Soluble lead is invisible, odorless, and tasteless and needs to be chemically removed from water. This product removes soluble and particulate lead forms at 99.62% for 100,000 gallons at 4.51 gal per minute (gpm), including peak flow rates up to 8 gpm.
In addition to lead, the patented Pioneer system removes more than 99.5% of Giardia, Cryptosporidium, chlorine, and chloramine. Giardia and Cryptosporidium are waterborne parasites that cause diarrheal disease, are resistant to chlorine-based disinfectants, and are common in drinking and recreational waters.p> Lead can enter drinking water when service lines that contain lead corrode, especially where the water has high acidity or low mineral content that corrodes pipes and fixtures, most often from the pipes that carry water from the water treatment plant to water mains supplying homes. Lead release is heavily influenced by the chemistry of the water delivered by the water system and by physical disturbances such as road construction or water primary replacements. There is no safe level of lead for the human body, and unlike other metals, it has no proper biological function.
The Pioneer™ POE filtration system houses a designed nominal 0.5-μ filter to remove soluble and particulate forms of lead contamination from the whole house in a single filter.
Pioneer™ is certified by IAPMO R&T against NSF/ANSI Standard 53 for lead, cysts, and material safety requirements and by NSF Intl. against NSF/ANSI Standards 44 and 61 for materials and structural integrity requirements. 0.5 Micron Carbon Block, High Capacity, Lead, Cyst, Chloramine, & CTO Reduction (NSF 53 & 42)
2. Arsenic III and V Removal: The PIONEER As cartridge filter for use with the PIONEER SYSTEM features ATOMUS F11, an NSF/ANSI 53 and 61 certified filtration media which utilizes an engineered binary mixed metal adsorption media for the simultaneous removal of both Arsenic III and V from potable water.
Designed for use in both residential and commercial point-of-entry (POE) applications to meet or exceed EPA reduction requirements for Arsenic in water systems, plus reduction of phosphates, silica, chromium, lead, and vanadium.
The PIONEER As cartridge system has been certified for 120,000 gallons of filtration life at 7gpm flow to reduce Arsenic below the USEPA enforceable maximum contaminant level (MCL) regulation in public drinking water of 10ppm.
PIONEER As cartridge system is proven to provide a maximum removal capacity and improved stability against pH upset to prevent possible desorption of bound Arsenic both during use and in landfill conditions, ensuring successful evaluation against USEPA TCLP and California Wet Tests solutions.

This patented media does not add residuals to the water stream or create harmful disinfectant byproducts. With fast kinetics and EBCT (empty bed contact time) from 1-5 minutes, PIONEER OX can remove from water many difficult contaminants, including but not limited to: Hydrogen sulfide, Color/tannin/organics, TOC, Iron, and manganese.

4. PFAS Removal Cartridge for 8 Chemicals: THE PIONEER PF cartridge filter with the PIONEER SYSTEM features ENPRESS ATOMUS PF8, an NSF/ANSI 61 certified and proprietary filtration media for the water treatment industry designed to remove PFAS chemicals from drinking water. Designed to be user-friendly with no hazardous waste streams or bulk media replacement, PIONEER PF has been proven to remove PFAS to non-detect levels.
PIONEER PF cartridge filters provide molecular selectivity to both long and short-chain PFAS (poly and perfluoroalkyl) substances, whose adsorption is not affected by the co-presence of inorganic ions or other water characteristics like pH and TOC. Once full, the media can be regenerated up to 10 times, and the desorbed PFAS can be destroyed entirely. Exhausted ATOMUS PF8 media can be safely disposed of by incineration or landfill without creating secondary PFAS contamination.
PIONEER PF has superior characteristics of rapid kinetics, high treatment capacity, resistance to fouling, easy regeneration, an extended duty-cycle, and has been proven to remove PFAS contaminants in water to non-detect in concentrations totals of 3000ppt+ at 8gpm for 100,000+ gallons. These PFAS contaminates include PFHpA, PFOA, PFNA, PFDA, PFBS, PFHxs, PFOS, and GenX.
